Aren't you just sick about hearing all the nonsense about the new, new "translation" of the invalid Novus Ordo service? The Newpopes are so incompetent that they have had three versions (1969, 1975, 2002), and they're still fiddling with it. To paraphrase Gertrude Stein, invalid is invalid is invalid. A few changes in a "translation" won't make the invalid Protestant-Masonic-Pagan Novus Ordo service into a Catholic Mass, let alone valid one. The words are, according to the Papal Bull of Pope Leo XIII, not the salient point. The point is that the intention of the service is Protestant, even more Protestant than the "reverent" Anglican service that Leo declared invalid because of a defective, Protestant intention.
And didn't Pope Leo hit that nail on the head! Just a century later, the Anglicans are using pagan priestesses, and homosexual bishops and bishopesses. Benedict-Ratzinger's Novus Ordo fabrication won't be far behind. Even he personally uses ministresses already, is implementing a Protestantized married clergy, and Novus Ordo priestesses are already being "ordained" underground by his Novus Ordo bishops. Everybody knows what a hypocritical joke the Novus Ordo is, even if, as in the 1960s, the Modernist leaders don't want to shock the "faithful" by taking the implementation of Protestantism yet another giant step in the Novus Ordo all at once.
And how do you like those Newchurchers in the pews, whining about how "tradition" is being changed? You heard it: an unCatholic "tradition" of forty years, which doesn't hold a candle to the immemorial Tradition of two millennia! If these Newchurchers are so hostile to the new, new version of the Novus Ordo Mess, why don't they turn their backs on it and go back to the valid, Catholic, Traditional Latin Mass, the Mass of St. Peter? Newchurchers aren't Catholics, that's why!
One of our TRADITIO readers, a traditional Catholic, sneaked into a Novus Ordo temple on "Switch Sunday," November 27, 2011, not to participate, but only to observe what was actually happening with the implementation of the new, new Novus Ordo. This is his report:
I went to St. Anonymous Cathedral for its "catch-all" Mess at 5:15 p.m., so I can say I know what is going on: I was there. I could only hack about half of it until I felt an overwhelming urge to vomit, so I left just after the "consecration."
Those Novus Ordinarians were clueless. I forgot how long and drawn out things are in the Novus Ordo while the presbyter sits off to the side and does absolutely nothing except smile. The responsorial psalm was lead by a little girl blasphemously dressed in black cassock and white surplice. She went on and on, as if she were the star of some Broadway show!
Shortly afterward, the fabricated Novus Ordo "Prayers of the Faithful" went on and on and on. ("For all those with a hangnail, Lord, have mercy." "For all those who missed the church bazaar last Sunday, Lord, grant them forgiveness.") I forgot how far this nonsense was drawn out.
There was going to be so much slobbering of the Kool-Aid that no less than four silver cups had to be placed in the center of the table -- sorry, altar -- two on each side of the presbyter. He, of course, made no genuflections. Why should he? There is no Divine Presence at these Novus Ordo dinner parties, just cookies and Kool-Aid. Actually, I give these Novus Ordinarians too much credit. People dress better for dinner parties! These Novus Ordinarians sported tattered jeans, Harley Davidson rumble jackets, and the like.
Because all too many of the Novus Ordinarians are uneducated, they couldn't follow along with the simple trifold that was handed out to everyone. The few changed words were even highlighted in boldface type, so you couldn't miss them. Well, the Newchurchers did. I thought of all the traditional Catholics who can navigate the traditional handmissal, knowing where to find the Ordinary, the Propers, the Collects, and everything else. It seems that intelligence has died in the Novus Ordo sect.

Given the doctrinal corruption in the New Order sect and in Bernie Fellay's Neo-SSPX sect, the question arises: are we permitted as traditional Catholics to criticize popes and bishops openly for corrupting the teachings of the Faith? Or must we remain silent about their errors?
The TRADITIO Fathers Reply.
According to the Catholic Church's chief theologian, St. Thomas Aquinas, we have no choice: charity, that is, love of God, not only permits us, but requires us, to condemn an errant prelate publicly. If individual Catholics do not publicly condemn errant popes and bishops, they sin together with the errant prelates. In publicly standing up for the Faith against its corruption, Catholics are following the Biblical example of St. Paul, who attacked the first pope for teaching false doctrine (Galatians 2:11/DRV).
Fraternal correction is a work of mercy. Therefore, even prelates must be corrected.... If the Faith is endangered, a subject ought to condemn his prelate even publicly. Hence Paul, who was Peter's subject, condemned him in public, on account of the imminent danger of scandal concerning the Faith. [This] is within the competence of everyone in respect of any person (Summa Theologica, II IIae, Q. 33, A. 4, R. ad Obj. 2).
The Church's Universal Doctor goes on to indicate that there are many popes and bishops who should be openly condemned:
The worst wolves in sheep's clothing are the heretics and then bad prelates.
The Great Doctor of the Church, St. Augustine of Hippo, following this Biblical teaching, pronounced:
It is better that the truth be known than that scandal be covered up.
Yes, many traditional Catholics are ignorant of the fact that they are under the obligation of the First Commandment of God to condemn publicly prelates who corrupt the Faith. In the past, Catholic Saints have used satire, and even ridicule and sarcasm, rhetorically to draw attention to false doctrine and corruption perpetrated by popes and bishops. If these Catholics were more familiar with Catholic teaching, they would know that the greatest Saints -- Athanasius, Augustine, Basil the Great, Thomas More, Catherine of Siena, and so many more -- have vilified bishops and even popes who would betray the Catholic Faith by teaching corrupt doctrine.
Unfortunately, many Catholics are members of sects that falsely try to make speaking the truth against their errant leaders a sin. It is not a sin. Rather, it is a clear mark that the organization is a cult. That cultish approach has led to the paedophilia holocaust in Newchurch involving the Newchurch popes, cardinals, and bishops. That cultish approach has led to some Neo-SSPXers to kowtow to their superior, Bernie Fellay, unCatholic servile false obedience. St. Thomas Aquinas, St. Augustine, and many other Doctors of the Church clearly condemned this notion of silence in the face of corrupt doctrine and subservience to errant prelates who teach it.
Good Catholics, what is truly scandalous those people who consider themselves Catholics and yet have more concern about the public criticism than about the gross sins being criticized. Make sure that your moral and doctrinal priorities are straight. Such "Catholics" apparently missed Mass when the wisdom taught in Psalm 117 was read out in the Gradual:
It is good to confide in the Lord, rather than to have confidence in man.
It is good to trust in the Lord, rather than to trust in princes.
Although the penalty for raping an altar boy in Benedict-Ratzinger's New Order sect is nothing, the state of Tennessee in the United States disregarded Ratzinger's unCatholic attitude and sentenced presbyter William Casey on November 23, 2011, to 35-40 years in prison for raping a ten-year-old altar boy. Pope St. Pius V, who reigned from 1566 to 1572 and is best known for canonizing for all time the Traditional Latin Mass in his Papal Bull Quo primum, for excommunicating the heretic Queen Elizabeth I, and for saving Western Civilization against a major invasion by the Mohammedans, was also faced with reports of homosexual sodomy amongst the clergy. Unlike his totally underworthy successor, Benedict-Ratzinger, who has yet to work up any indignation for his Newchurch's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust, Pope St. Pius V quickly reacted to the reports and decreed in the Papal Bull Horrendum illud scelus [That Abhorrent Crime] of August 30, 1568, that (1) any priest or bishop who committed the crime was automatically expelled from the priesthood and (2) was to be turned over to the secular police for prosecution up to and including the death penalty.

These two direct responses for both correction and deterrence have yet to be implemented by Benedict-Ratzinger.

This time of year many people place a manger scene on their front lawns. Usually Mary, Joseph, the baby Jesus, and three wise men. Does it matter that the three wise men were not at the manger, as depicted by these lawn scenes? According to the Scriptures the Magi came to the "house" where Jesus was, and this was some time later after His birth:
And entering into the house, they found the child with Mary his mother, and falling down they adored him; and opening their treasures, they offered him gifts; gold, frankincense, and myrrh (Matthew 2:11/DRV).
The TRADITIO Fathers Reply:
That is an interesting point of detail and demonstrates how we get different perspectives from each of the four Evangelists. St. Matthew was writing primarily to the Jews, trying to prove to them that Jesus was the Messias. Thus, St. Matthew emphasizes the prophetic passages from the Old Testament pertaining to the coming of the Messias and notes the recognition of this fact even by the Gentiles, represented by the Babylonian Magi. St. Luke, as a physician, emphasizes in his Gospel miracles, things that could not be explained in an ordinary scientific ordinary way. He emphasizes the supernatural Angelic interventions at the Nativity.
So, those who put the Magi at the manger are taking a poetic liberty with the Scriptures, much in the same way that films join separate scenes from an original source into one scene in order to facilitate the flow of the drama while maintaining the essence of the plot.
In the West, the Nativity and the Epiphany to the Magi have long been confused in people's minds, even though the two are entirely separate incidents. In fact, the Feast of the Epiphany antedates that of the Nativity. Nor does Scripture indicate that there were three Magi. This tradition probably comes from the mention in Scripture of three gifts: gold, frankincense, and myrrh.
France was once known as the Eldest Daughter of the Church for its early embracing of the Catholic Faith. No longer. The New Order sect and its Newpopes have destroyed Catholic France, as they have destroyed so many other once Catholic countries around the world.
Now, according to a Hudson Institute report, there more mosques being built, and more frequently, than Novus Ordo churches, and there are more practicing Mohammedans than practicing Newchurchers in France. Nearly 150 new mosques are currently being built in France, home to the largest Mohammedan community in Europe. The total number of mosques in France has already doubled to exceed 2,000 in the last ten years. The Rector of Great Mosque of Paris recently suggested that the total number of mosques should double, to 4,000, to meet the growing demand.
In contrast, the Novus Ordo sect in France has builty only twenty new churches in the last ten years and has formally closed more than 60 churches, many of which could become mosques. Once essentially every Frenchman was a Catholic. Now only about only 4.5% Frenchmen (about 1,900,000 people) are practicing Newchurchers. Putting these elements side by side furnishes empirical evidence of the claim that Mohammedanism is on its way to overtaking Newchurch as the dominant religion in France.
The Turkish Premier Erdogan Tayyp made it clear that the construction of mosques and emigration are part of a strategy for the Mohammedanization of Europe. He publicly repeated the words of a Turkish poem, written in 1912 by the Turkish nationalist poet Ziya Gökalp: "The mosques are our barracks, the minarets our bayonets, and the faithful our soldiers." The Newarchbishop emeritus of Smirne, Turkey, Giuseppe Germano Bernardini, recounts a conversation that he had with a Mohammedan leader: "Thanks to your democratic laws, we will invade you. Exposed as pornographers, Benedict-Ratzinger's German Newbishops have caved to public outrage and sold their wholly-owned publishing company, Weltbild. Some of the titles that the German Newbishops sell include Boarding School for Sluts and The Lawyer's Whore, as well as books on sado-masochism. Previously, the German Newbishops had defended their policy of publishing whatever books meet market demand.
The publication of pornography was a major source of income for Benedict-Ratzinger's Newchurch in Germany. Weltbild brought in 2,100,000 U.S. dollars annually. No wonder Newchurch didn't want to give it up! The New Order sect in Ratzinger's native Germany has become so tarnished because the clergy sex crimes against children and the pornography it publishes that it is not expected to recover. Bernie Law, the "Paedophile Cardinal," whose immoral actions in the Newarchdiocese of Boston, Massachusetts, triggered public revelation of Newchurch's rampant Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust, was quietly retired on November 21, 2011, from his position as Archpriest of St. Mary Major Basilica since 2004, when Benedict-Ratzinger, the "Paedophile Pope," personally appointed him to that position.
An investigation led by the Boston Globe showed that the Newcardinal had knowingly given new pastoral assignments to his child-rapist presbyters, while covering up evidence of their crimes and failing to report them to the police. When Unblessed JPII refused to remove him from his position for cause, the Newchurchers of Boston forced Law to resign in December 2002.Just days after he was elected Newpope, Benedict-Ratzinger, who never met a paedophile Newbishop or presbyter he didn't like, appointed Law to the sinecure of the Basilica's Archpriest, gave him luxurious apartments and a generous stipend. Newchurchers around the world were horrified that Ratzinger would so brazenly shelter an accomplice in the rape of children. Good Catholics, Benedict-Ratzinger never has the guts to fire his immoral prelates. He covers them up behind a facade of "retirement." No wonder that Newchurch's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust continues unabated, as Newchurch prelates know that they will never pay the price for their crimes as along as Benedict-Ratzinger heads their sect.

Two things struck me about the purchase of the Protestant Crystal Cathedral by a Newchurch diocese.
First, at a time when it seems as if every Newdiocese in the country is forced to sell beautiful, traditional-style churches to pay for Newchurch's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust, how does the Newdiocese of Orange County, California, justify the purchase of the Protestant Crystal Cathedral? Newchurch long ago became a miasma of lies and a laughing stock to anyone who pays attention, so how does Newchurch spin its purchase of the Crystal Cathedral while screaming poverty?
Second, the purchase of this monstrosity plainly contrasts the beauty of traditional Catholic architecture against the stark, vacuousness of Newchurch's slaughterhouses.
Anthony Bevilacqua, the creature of the Unblessed JPII, who made him an archbishop and cardinal for the New Order in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, can't escape his personal involvement in Newchurch's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust by pleading dementia. A Philadelphia judge ordered on November 18, 2011, that the Newcardinal would have to answer under oath for his role in covering up sex crimes by his presbyters, particularly Monsignor William Lynn, one of whose child victims has called him the "Devil."
Lynn was Bevilacqua's Secretary for the Clergy. Lynn, Bevilacqua, and his successor as Newcardinal, Justin Rigali, have all been implicated by two Philadelphia Grand Jury reports in the abetting and cover-up of child rapes by their presbyters. It is clear that the Neo-SSPX would no longer be a traditional Catholic organization if Bernie Fellay pulls the trigger and signs the "Doctrinal Preamble" devised by the Novus Ordo to destroy the Neo-SSPX. There is absolutely nothing in that document to prevent the Novus Ordo from substituting the liturgy currently used by the Neo-SSPX with a full blown Novus Ordo version or from using the vulgar tongues instead of Latin. Full allegiance is to be sworn to the New Order by the Neo-SSPX in the document, as well as the untenable concession that the Novus Ordo Mess is absolutely valid.
All of Fellay's power currently comes from his being dictator of the traditional Neo-SSPX. That is the only reason why William Levada, the Prefect of Congregation for the Doctrine of the [New Order] Faith, bothers with him. Fellay would cut himself out of the picture in two ways by giving away his dictatorial control to the Modernist Newchurch. He would lose his dictatorial power by becoming a "middle man" in the Neo-SSPX chain of authority, and because his superiors, priests, and followers would not hang around or even want to support him.
Fellay may think that the Novus Ordo will discreetly phase in its changes slowly enough that the Neo-SSPXers won't notice they are being boiled alive. But the Novus Ordo is so indiscreet that it allowed Buddha statues to be worshipped on their "altars." Neo-SSPXers are outraged at the heresies of the New World Order Assisi conferences, at the urging of Fellay himself.
Even if the unlikely situation arose that the Neo-SSPXers were slowly duped into becoming Novus Ordoites, the now-Modernist Neo-SSPXers would worship at the many Novus Ordo sites closer to home, and the truly traditional Catholics would join new and existing traditional Catholic churches that celebrate the Traditional Mass. The Neo-SSPX would crumble in all of these scenarios -- good news indeed for the Novus Ordo, which will have one less major critic to contend with in their syncretistic plans and bogus services.
Meanwhile Fellay is hiding behind his web sites in self-imposed silence, wanting to pull the trigger, but is in fact holding the gun to his head.
The price that Benedict-Ratzinger's Newchurch will have to pay has been increased 250 times beyond the token 50,000 dollars per child that it was previously getting away with. On November 17, 2011, a Miami, Florida, jury awarded damages of 100,000,000 dollars to a boy raped by Monsignor Neil Doherty, who drugged and raped untold young boys. Twenty court cases are still pending against him and his Newarchdiocese, with more claims being added as time goes on. The Miami Newarchiocese, on of the richest in Newchurch, may be bankrupted because it allowed Doherty's crimes.
Good Catholics, like so many other Newchurch presbyters, who were allowed by their superiors to prey upon children with impunity, Doherty gave his victims gifts of clothing, then alcohol, marijuana, and cocaine. Once the children had been "softened up," he raped them. The victim testified: "That man for me is like the devil. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing." Bernie Fellay has attempted to impose a horrible deal upon the Neo-SSPX under the guise of secrecy. The Neo-SSPX would have to accept all the invalid Novus Ordo Mess, the Modernist doctrines of the Second Vatican Council (including religious liberty, collegiality, false oecumenism), the 1992 Novus Ordo catechism, and the 1983 Novus Ordo canon law. Then Fellay would have to swear a Profession of Faith and an Oath of Allegiance to the New Order. The Novus Ordo would then get control of the Neo-SSPX. The Neo-SSPXers might as well have to have the words "Novus Ordo" stamped upon their foreheads.
And what would the Neo-SSPX get in exchange for this horrendous sellout? Not one blessed thing. That's right, the Novus Ordo sect would provide absolutely nothing in return to the Neo-SSPXers for swearing themselves into slavery to the unCatholic sect. That is not even a deal. That is insanity. Even Fellay's supporters have told him that he is ridiculous even to consider such a thing.
But Fellay has been really hot on pushing this sellout through. He and his cohorts have worked very hard for at least two years to try to slide this sellout past the clueless Neo-SSPXers. But why would Fellay want to turn his followers into Modernist Novus Ordo heretics for no reason at all? Didn't he want something in return?
Even though the Doctrinal Preamble sellout is an extremely bad deal for the Neo-SSPX, it must be a great deal for Bernie Fellay personally. Perhaps the perfidious Fellay was promised a promotion to the polluted Novus Ordo purple or scarlet. All of this is out in the open now, and Fellay has no credibility any more for anything. He should soon be deposed. References to the consideration of the Doctrinal Preamble have now been expunged from the Neo-SSPX web site in an apparent cover-up to hide the truth of his betrayal as if it had never happened.
Orange County, California's Newbishop Tod Brown has found 57,500,000 dollars left over after paying judgments to children in sex-crime cases to purchase the Protestant monstrosity known as the Crystal Cathedral, associated with the Protestant televangelist minister Robert Schuller. Schuller is known for being "soft on sin." He will not speak of it or condemn it because this amoral policy was supposed to keep the money rolling in to support his television mission at the cathedral. But Schuller's "soft on sin" policy eventually boomeranged on him. On October 18, 2010, it was announced that the Crystal Cathedral was bankrupt and that Schuller had been ejected as its pastor.
The Crystal Cathedral has been hailed as a "monument to Modernism in faith and architecture." What a perfect temple to be the centre of the invalid Protestant-Masonic-Pagan Novus Ordo Mess for Newchurch sectarians in all of Orange County! First, I want to thank you for your always honest and sincere assessment of the present crisis in Newchurch and its satellites. It is refreshing to get an accurate perspective of events, oftentimes as they unfold. I am a product of Vatican II, since I never had the honor of attending the Traditional Latin Mass. As time went on, I stopped attending the Novus Ordo service, mostly because it was obviously devoid of anything spiritual. Recently, I have discovered the True Mass, the Traditional Latin Mass, which has been instrumental in my becoming a real Catholic.

The "hybrid" Mess of which you are speaking has already been announced by the Modernist Newpope, Benedict-Ratzinger. There it is, hidden away in the Motu Proprio Summorum pontificum of July 7, 2007, and the Instruction Universae ecclesiae of May 13, 2011. A new "Motu" missal has been unofficially announced for 2012, with Novus Ordo features incorporated. Neither such a "hybrid" Mess nor the Half Novus Order Mess of 1962+ is traditional. The best thing would be for the "Motu" Latin service to be tossed out so as not to confuse people that it is a legitimate "Latin Mass."
Do not fear: the fully Traditional Latin Mass, as it was before it was "modernized" by the Freemason presbyter Hannibal Bugnini starting in the 1950s, will continue to exist where it always has, in those traditional Catholic sites around the world where courageous traditional priests not associated with the New Order sect or its satellites (like the Neo-Society of St. Pius X and the Fraternity of St. Peter) have maintained the True Mass ever since the Modernist Vatican II Council (1962-1965), starting from Fr. Gommar DePauw, who founded in 1964 the Catholic Traditionalist Movement. Just make sure that you establish your spiritual home now at one of these fully traditional sites; otherwise, you may not have a home to go to!
It may just be that a controversial advertisement by the Benetton Clothing Company, featuring Benedict-Ratzinger kissing a Mohammedan imam on the lips, has done the world a favor by pulling off the covers from "the vice that dare not speak its name." Naturally, there followed all the expected hand-wringing about a doing an injustice to the Newpope. But is it? Ratzinger is well known for his "oecumenical" approaches to the Mohammedan establishment, which is associated with numerous acts of terrorism. He is also known for his association with suborning and covering up acts of paedophilia, mostly homosexual paedophilia.
Newvatican, unable to deny the truth about Ratzinger that the November 16, 2011, ad creatively portrays, has lashed out in a fit of what all dictatorships do: attempt to censor criticism of their crimes. Benetton pulled the ad later in the day -- but it had made its point. Associated Press, Reuters, Agence France-Presse, and number other national and international news sources had already featured the ad in news stories.
Benedict-Ratzinger's spokesman, presbyter Federico Lombardo sputtered: "It shows a serious lack of respect for the pope." But how has Ratzinger earned any respect when he has been the individual most responsible for facilitating Newchurch's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust? Benetton has done other shock ads in the past, but this one about Ratzinger should be no shock to anyone. It simply depicts what everyone has known for at least a decade about Ratzinger. Good Catholics, truth is not always found in objective prose. In fact, prose under the guise of objectivity can often hide the worst crimes. Other means, such as images, satire, and, yes, even ridicule often are more effective in getting to the truth, in touching those souls whose consciences are cold and who remain unapologetic for their complicity in the most vile crimes. Bernie Fellay has been offered the same structure as the Opus Dei cult, the "personal prelature." This offer, if he accepts the Modernist "Doctrinal Preamble" and the other ultimata undoubtedly to follow, would decimate the Neo-SSPX, as a personal prelature cannot open an apostolate in a Newchurch diocese without permission from the local Modernist Bishop. Just imagine with what glee Newbishop after Newbishop would deny Fellay and his Neo-SSPX this privilege.
The personal prelature would halt all expansion of the Society and lead to massive defections. It would reduce vocations dramatically. Since in Newchurch a personal prelature comprises only clerics, this structure would also detach the lay supporters of the Society from the clergy. Thus, no lay Neo-SSPXer could have his or her children baptized in the semi-Modernist 1962 rite, bastardized as that is from the traditional rite, without the local Novus Ordo bishop's permission. No Neo-SSPXer could be confirmed in the semi-Modernist 1962 rite without permission from the Novus Ordo. No Neo-SSPXer could be married in the semi-Modernist 1962 rite without permission from the Novus Ordo.
Imagine how much fun the bishops of New Order sect would have commanding lay supporters of Fellay to get married according the Novus Ordo travesty, to get confirmed under the Novus Ordo's Protestantized "confirmation" service, and to have their children baptized under Bugnini's Freemasonic Novus Ordo fake dog-and-pony show. Fellay claims that the offer of a personal prelature, if he goes through all the hoops required now and in the future, is only an "opening." An opening like that is like the opening in the ground we call a grave!
The chaplain of the "Latin Mass Community" of St. Michael Church in the Newdiocese of Little Rock, Arkansas, was removed and suspended from the Novus Ordo presbyterate on November 9, 2011, because he was charged with slapping around a child. Presbyter Laurent Demets, a member of the "Indult" group, the Fraternity of St. Peter, which uses Hannibal Bugnini's Half Novus Ordo Mess of 1962+, has admitted to the crime.
Child victim advocates criticized the Newbishop of Little Rock, Anthony Taylor, a personal appointee of Benedict-Ratzinger in 2008, for waiting to report this incident to the police before he conducted his own "internal investigation." One advocate stated: "Crimes need to be reported promptly to independent, professional law enforcement officers. In the time it took diocesan officials to investigate, we fear evidence may have been destroyed, witnesses intimidated, and victims silenced." It is interesting to note that Ratzinger's own brother, Georg, was also charged with slapping children around and throwing chairs at them. Benedict-Ratzinger himself has been reported by his Newrome staff to be subject to temper tantrums when he doesn't get his way. Clearly, the Ratzingers have a big problem with temper tantrums and the treatment of children.
Good Catholics, clearly the propaganda put out by Benedict-Ratzinger and his lieutenants that these crimes are to be reported to the police immediately is just a smokescreen for more of the same: aiding and abetting from on high of crimes against children and then covering them up from law enforcement.

Archbishop Lefebvre called his original group the Priestly Fraternity of St. Pius X, commonly called the Society of St. Pius X, or SSPX. Why is it now appropriate to call Bernie Fellay's group the Neo-SSPX? By the way, laypeople are not members of the Society and therefore cannot be expelled from it.

We call Fellay's organization the Neo-SSPX because it obviously has different principles from Archbishop Lefebvre's original SSPX organization, but covers up the difference in an attempt to deceive its members. The Novus Ordo sect uses the same technique as Fellay. It continues to call itself "Catholic," whereas any Catholic before the 1960s would not recognize it as such.
Although the Archbishop relied principally upon a reasoned defense of traditional Catholicism, what he termed "Eternal Rome," against the Newchurch of the New Order, which he termed "Modernist Rome," Fellay's Neo-SSPX is cult like, to which many (not all) members are attached emotionally, not intellectually. When Fellay says jump, they perform an autonomic response rather than a rational one. Fellay runs his Neo-SSPX in a manner very like the similarly cultish Opus Dei.
Yes, we are aware that, officially, laypeople aren't "members" of the Neo-SSPX organization. But that is how the people that attend their sites and put their hard-earned money into the collection-plate tend to see themselves. In any real sense, they are members. As to "expulsion," just ask some of the Neo-SSPX laypeople who have been "ostracised" or "ejected" (use whatever verb you wish), and they will say that they were expelled!
Note that pettyfogging about terminology is also typical of the cultish response that certain dyed-in-the-Neo-SSPXers tend to give when anyone points out the failing of Fellay & Co. They refuse to look at the Big Picture, taking comfort in diddling with jots and tittles. But isn't this just what the New Order sect did? The New Order sects got people confused with learning new terminology, whilst in the Big Picture their Catholic Faith was being taken away from them. Many Neo-SSPXers have apparently learned nothing from the experience of Vatican II and its aftermath!

You do raise an interesting question: why did Bishop Fernando Rifan, of the "indult" Priestly Fraternity of St. John Vianney in Campos, Brazil, capitulate to the New Order and concelebrate the Protestant-Masonic-Pagan Novus Ordo Mess not once, but at least twice now? The answer is interesting.
When the "indult" structure was first proposed for traditional bishop Antonio de Castro Mayer's diocese in 2001, it was supposed to cover all of Brazil. Of course, when the Brazilian bishops caught wind of this, they hit the roof. If the Campos semi-traditionalists were to have true independence, they could only have it in the territory of just one of the more than 260 dioceses of Brazil. Therefore, they were given freedom only in a tiny gilded cage.
Of course, the problem was that Rifan's Fraternity of "Motu" presbyters wanted to offer Bugnini's Half Novus Ordo "1962 Mass" in the big cities: in Rio de Janeiro in Sao Paulo, in Belo Horizonte, and in Recife. It soon became apparent that this was not about to happen -- unless the sellout Campos "prelate" agreed to concelebrate the Novus Ordo Mess. So he did! Twice and perhaps more. And he went on to mimic Newrome's Summorum pontificum line: simulation of the Novus Ordo Mess cannot be excluded "in principle." That's a far cry from what Rifan's founder, Bishop de Castro Mayer, an ally of Archbishop Lefebvre, would have said and did say.
The Campos "Motu" presbyters who have remained in the cage at home are coming under increasing pressure to offer the Novus Ordo Mess. If they refuse to simulate it, they seem to hold themselves out to be superior to their Novus Ordo analogs, and that cannot be tolerated by Newchurch. So they capitulate one by one to "make peace" with the Novus Ordo.
Meanwhile, Newrome plans to replace even the Half Novus Ordo "1962 Mess" with a new edition. June 23, 2012 marks the fiftieth anniversary of the publication of the Freemason presbyter Hannibal Bugnini's "1962 Missal." It is now revealed that since 2010, Benedict-Ratzinger's Modernist curial lackeys have been working on a new edition of the "1962 Missal." You can bet your bottom dollar that it will impose Newpope's new Good Friday prayer.
The May 13, 2011 Instruction Universae Ecclesiae also indicates that the calendar of the 1962 Mass will be revolutionized to bring it into line with that of the Novus Ordo. Finally, the Prefaces from the Novus Ordo Mess will be intruded into the 1962 texts in the 2012 version. It's the "Motu" Mess's death by baby-steps. It's Bugnini's 1962 "modernization" all over again. It's all in a decade's work and the result will the complete routing of Traditional Latin Mass in Benedict-Ratzinger's sect.

Bernie Fellay's Neo-SSPX is not only financially but also ideologically (in terms of theology and doctrine) in the hands of enemies of the Catholic Church, who have infiltrated and captured it. Many of Fellay's Neo-SSPXers are ignorant of the fact that Fellay is attempting to prevent by court action the publication by Editions Saint-Remi of the complete and unexpurgated public sermons of the SSPX's Archbishop-founder Marcel Lefebvre, even though the Archbishop's heirs have approved the publication, citing the Archbishop's desire that they be disseminated as widely as possible.
The fact that twenty years after the death of Archbishop Lefebvre nothing has been done by Fellay to publish all the Archbishop's sermons in their original, unexpurgated form is a clear proof that Fellay is trying to hide his treason to his Archbishop-founder.
The Neo-SSPX's leader, Bernie Fellay, must now be wondering why he has wasted over twenty years of his organization's time and money trying to "negotiate" with the unCatholic New Order sect. The news in recent weeks indicates that his plan to become part of that unCatholic sect is moving rapidly backward, not forward.
On October 7-8, 2011, his own Neo-SSPX bishops and district superiors spurned him as a traitor to Archbishop-founder Marcel Lefebvre's traditional SSPX. More recently, on November 8, 2011, one of the leading Newchurch archbishops in The Philippines has declared Neo-SSPX priests in that country "excommunicated." What can we say, Bernie, except that you seem to have forgotten your Catholic theology: when you play with the Modernist devil, you're bound to get burned!
Fernando Capalla, Newchurch archbishop of Davao, The Philippines' third-largest diocese, has declared in a Letter of Excommunication of November 9, 2011, to the head of the Neo-SSPX in that country, Francois Laisney and the Priests of the Society of St. Pius X: "You remain excommunicated in conscience because of doctrinal error." Newarchbishop Capalla cites as his authority for the excommunication the Benedict-Ratzinger's Papal Letter on the Society of St. Pius X dated 12 March 2009: "The fact that the Society of St. Pius X does not possess a canonical status in the Church is not, in the end, based on disciplinary but on doctrinal reasons."
Benedict-Ratzinger's Newarchbishop goes on to charge Fellay's Neo-SSPX with the crime of a "grave error in doctrine committed by your Society against the authority of the pope and the [Second] Vatican Council, a serious offense and crime against the unity of the Church, a unfortunate schism." Traditional Catholicism is what Catholicism has always been, based upon Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition, as explicated by the Councils, Doctors of the Church, and popes. In the 1960s, under the impetus of the Modernist Vatican II Council (1962-1965) and the influence of Protestants and Freemasons, the Church was converted into a vehicle to promote a Modernist New Order sect, with unCatholic doctrine, unCatholic morals, an invalid presbyterate in place of the Catholic priesthood, and an invalid Novus Ordo Mess and sacraments in place of the valid Traditional Latin Mass and Sacraments.
In order to fool the once Catholics, this New Order sect was introduced gradually, maintaining just enough of the trappings of the Catholic Church to make people believe that the New Order sect remained Catholic, yet anyone with eyes open can see that it is not. The New Order sect, now posing as the Catholic Church, has Protestantized worship and falsified sacraments, doctrine that Martin Luther would be proud of, and morality at which pigs would be embarrassed.
Newchurch bishop Thomas Olmsted, of Phoenix, Arizona, ran into screams of protest when he wanted to take away the Novus Ordo Kool-Aid at Newdiocesan Messes. Now-Protestantized Newchurchers rebelled when he said that he was going to ban their sweet swill, so he has now backed off from his ban. He claimed that he was confused by the "translation" of the New, New, New Novus Ordo, which is going to be imposed on Novus Ordinarians on November 27, 2011. The Novus Ordo Mess is not a Catholic Mass and is flatly invalid, no matter what "translation" is used or what flavor of Kool-Aid is poured out as phony "eucharist." Further proof is this fact is that the Novus Ordinarians started a campaign called "Keep the Cup at Mass." This was exactly the rallying cry of the arch-heretic Martin Luther!

We get our information from many sources around the world, both inside and outside of the Neo-SSPX. In certain cases, you might call the sources "whistleblowers" because a large part of the clergy and laity of the Neo-SSPX are by now fed up with Fellay's deceptive and dictatorial conduct and want the world to know the reality. But Fellay doesn't want the world to know the reality, and when anyone, priest or layperson in his organization even asks a question about his policies, that individual is threatened with expulsion. After all, Fellay has a lot invested in keeping control: his position, his money, and his ambitions for higher office with the New Order sect.
Several leading Neo-SSPX priests have been expelled over the last couple of years for standing up for Archbishop Lefebvre's traditional Catholic principles and chastising Fellay's abandonment of them. Now it seems from the Albano, Italy, meeting on October 7-8, 2011 that the three Neo-SSPX bishops and most of the 25 District Superiors disagreed with Fellay, and did so publicly, before he attempted to impose an Order of Silence upon them. We may be seeing the beginning of the end of this traitor to Archbishop Lefebvre personally and to the traditional Catholicism that the Archbishop bound his bishops to follow, which Fellay has been the only one to spurn. Williamson, Tissier de Mallerais, and Galarreta are backing Lefebvre's principles.
On November 3, 2011, one of the three Novus Ordo theologians on the International Theological Commission that successfully contested the Neo-SSPX's anti- Modernist Vatican II doctrines has been made by Benedict-Ratzinger his newest New Order bishop. Charles Morerod was in fact the secretary of the commission, in European organizations a more powerful position that of President.
It was Morerod's commission that rejected two years of Bernie Fellay's "negotiations" with the New Order and produced a "Doctrinal Preamble" for Fellay to swear to, which came down four square on the side of Modernism and rejected all traditional Catholic theology. The Preamble is said to be a worse deal than the Neo-SSPX's Archbishop-founder Marcel Lefebvre was offered by Newcardinal Josef Ratzinger in 1988 -- a fruitless waste by Fellay of over twenty years of time and money appropriated from the Neo-SSPX membership.
Morerod's strong stance in support of the Modernist Vatican II Council against Fellay's Neo-SSPX netted Morerod the third largest Newdiocese in Switzerland. There may be an habitual Sacramental intent on the part of the comatose individual, but that cannot be known for a certainty. Such an intent might be inferred if the individual were a traditional Catholic who attended Sunday Mass and the Sacraments and attempted to live a life according to the Catholic virtues. Such a case, which is far from uncommon, given that stroke is the third-highest leading cause of death, demonstrates why people cannot lead an irreligious life away from the Catholic Faith and then presumptuously hope to be saved, like magic, at the last minute. Often that is much too late.
Christ's true Faith is not magic. It must be the continuous living of a Christian life close to the true Sacraments. Pity the poor Newchurcher who faces death bereft of the true Sacraments.
A confidential report about Bernie Fellay's October 7-8, 2011, Albano, Italy, meeting of District Superiors has been leaked from the pen of Neo-SSPX's South American District Superior, Fr. Christian Bouchacourt. The report was intended to be confidential to his Neo-SSPX priests, but was leaked by undisclosed sources. Bouchacourt's leaked report further confirms what the TRADITIO Network originally reported, as has already been confirmed by other public reports from Neo-SSPX bishop Tissier de Mallerais and British District Superior Paul Morgan.

Bouchacourt reports that if the Neo-SSPX sells out to the New Order, it would be granted some kind of "personal prelature," which would place it under the control of the New Order. This control, in the case of the Priestly Fraternity of St. John Vianney, which is actually a more indepedent structure, an "apostolic administration," has required the organization's bishop and priests to simulate the invalid Novus Ordo service on occasion. No wonder the other three Neo-SSPX bishops and the District Superiors are refusing Fellay's proposed sellout and organizing an Extraordinary Chapter for his ouster as Superior General!
The Neo-SSPX's dictatorial Superior General has attempted to impose an order of silence on his senior bishop, Richard Williamson. (Williamson, however, has courageously refused Fellay's imperious order.) Fellay has more recently imposed a universal order of silence on all superiors of the Neo-SSPX because almost all of them have rejected his sellout programme, some of them publicly.
Meanwhile, at Newrome, Benedict-Ratzinger has imposed an order of silence on all members of the Newroman Curia. On November 4, 2011, under the signature of Ratzinger's No. 2 man, Secretary of State, Tarcisio Bertone, the Newroman Curia was placed "under lock and key" and told that, from then on, all statements would have to be "inspected and authorized" in advance by the Secretariat. Good Catholics, it is hard to say whether Fellay is following Ratzinger, or Ratzinger is following Fellay. Yet it is clear that both have let their dictatorial hypocrisy go to their heads in their efforts to silence criticism to their regimes. It took only two days for the secular press to pick up the TRADITIO Network's comparison in its Daily Commentaries of the Pennsylvania State College's paedophilia ring with Newchurch's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust. TRADITIO seems to have been the first to make the connection, but in the intervening two days, more similarities have come out.
It quickly became clear that at Penn State, just as in Newchurch, the top dog was involved in the cover-up of a leader's sodomizing of a ten-year old boy: longtime Head Coach/Newchurcher Joe Paterno and longtime Newchurch leader Josef Ratzinger, now Newpope. Moreover, a whole level of sub-leaders were involved in the cover-up, among them the President of Penn State and an Assistant Coach, Mike McQueary, just as in Newchurch, Benedict-Ratzinger's sub-leaders were involved, such as Newcardinal Dario Hoyos, once head of the Half Novus Ordo "Motu" Mess Commission "Ecclesia Dei."
The big difference, however, between Newchurch and Penn State is that hardly a day passed since the revelations of child rape at the college before public forced the firing of the very popular Paterno, who hoped simply to retire at the end of the season. The public also forced the firing of longtime Penn State President. It is likely that, just as in Newchurch, numerous leaders were aware of the child rapes and essentially covered them up, so more heads will roll. Even the police have not shirked their duties. Penn State's athletic director and the college's vice president have been charged with felonies for perjury and failure to report the rape of a child.
Following the TRADITIO Network's report, a New York Times columnist compared the paedophile culture at Penn State with that under Benedict-Ratzinger in Newchurch, saying that the similarities are "too striking to ignore." Two groups, however, have called "foul" about this comparison: Newchurch itself and homosexuals. The first group, Newchurch, claims that it has eradicated the problem, but this lie is yet another cover-up: police departments around the world have reported that Benedict-Ratzinger is still pressuring his Newbishops not to turn his criminal clergy over to the criminal authorities. The second group, homosexuals, claim that paedophilia is not an integral part of that perverse lifestyle.
Benedict-Ratzinger has been allowed by his morally-tainted Newchurchers to remain in the highest office, although his own signature is documented on the cover-up documents. At least Penn State is doing the right thing by firing it corrupt leaders. The pseudo-Catholic Newchurch lets the criminal Ratzinger & Co. to stay in office. Shortly, by deposition, abdication, or death, Ratzinger's criminal effrontery will shortly be dealt with -- permanently.

It is bad enough that the Neo-SSPX publishes missals and throw-away missalettes for the Freemason presbyter Hannibal Bugnini's Half Novus Ordo Mess of 1962+, without the second Confiteor, with the "modified" Canon. There is no hint of the Archbishop's resistance to the Modernist Vatican II Council and his condemnation of what he called the "unCatholic" Ratzinger and "Modernist Rome."
As someone who has previously been a supporter of the SSPX, I am upset that Bernie Fellay is turning the organization into something that I no longer recognize.

These Neo-SSPX leaders revealed that Neo-SSPX bishops Richard Williamson (in absentia), Tissier de Mallerais, and Alfonso Galarreta, together with more than 95 per cent of the District Superiors at Albano, rejected Benedict-Ratzinger's "Doctrinal Preamble" because it violates the principles of the SSPX's founder, Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre. The two leaders revealed that the document ignored all of the year and a half of Fellay's "negotiations" with Newrome. Instead, it requires that the Neo-SSPX reject the traditional Catechism of the Council of Trent and accept the Vatican II Council's New Order Catechism of 1992.
Tissier and Morgan report that the ultra-minority cabal of Franz Schmidberger, Alain Lorans, Gregory Celier, Niklaus Pflüger, Mac-Alain Nély, and four others, under the leadership of Bernie Fellay, attempted to take control of the organs of communication of the Neo-SSPX and to overthrow the anti-Modernist principles of their Archbishop-founder, but at the Albano meeting the cabal was reduced to the minority and totally repudiated by the almost all of the Neo-SSPX's District Superiors.
What has been described as Fellay's "process of deception" broke apart before the Albano meeting, after which Neo-SSPX bishop Tissier de Mallerais summed up on October 27, 2011, in Toronto, Canada, the District Superiors opposition to Fellay's attempted sellout to Benedict-Ratzinger and his New Order sect: "Bien sûr, aucun accord!" [For sure, no agreement!] Fellay now stands battered by a crushing defeat, completely discredited and disowned by the whole body of the District Superiors. Fellay has no other choice now but to submit to the District Superiors' opposition to a sellout to the New Order or to resign as Superior General.
The District Superiors, emboldened by vehement criticism from the TRADITIO Network and French sources, were finally emboldened to see the truth: Fellay was attempting to impose a policy of cozying up to Benedict-Ratzinger and his New Order sect, which the SSPX's Archbishop-founder had publicly rejected as "not Catholic." As the TRADITIO Network had consistently maintained, Fellay lost too much time and dissipated the work of the Neo-SSPX's apostolate while pushing full bore to sell out to Benedict-Ratzinger's New Order sect. Meanwhile, Fellay "injected the poison" of the Modernist Vatican II Council into the very breast of the Archbishop's once-traditional organization.
As a result, Bernie Fellay has lost the vote of confidence of his District Superiors, who were personally appointed by him before the 2004 SSPX election because of their faithfulness to him personally. He is being forced to break off any further negotiations with Benedict-Ratzinger and his New Order sect and to refocus the Neo-SSPX on the anti-Novus Ordo missions given by its Archbishop-founder. Already there are moves to convene an Extraordinary Chapter to depose Fellay from office and to proceed to the election of a new Superior General to embody the Archbishop-founder's mission to defend the traditional Catholic priesthood, invalidated by the Newchurch of the New Order. Fired President of the now-defunct "Ecclesia Dei" Pontifical Commission for the "Motu" Mess, Newcardinal Dario Hoyos simulated a "Motu" Mess for the International Federation "Una Voce," a sellout group to the Half Novus Ordo of 1962, fabricated by the Freemason presbyter Hannibal Bugnini and his Committee of Six Protestant Ministers. Although the late Una Voce Chairman, Michael Davies, admitted on his deathbed that the "Una Voce" organization had been "bamboozled" by Newcardinal Ratzinger, this sacrilege of a Mess was perpetrated right in St. Peter's Archbasilica in Newrome.
Hoyos had already been totally discredited when it became public that he, in the name of Benedict-Ratzinger, wrote to all the Newchurch bishops of the world, threatening that if they turned over paedophile presbyters to their local police, they themselves would suffer dire consequences at the hands of Ratzinger. Hoyos's 2010 "Motu" Mess at the National Basilica of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C., was canceled when his complicity in Newchurch paedophilia came to light. Good Catholics, Benedict-Ratzinger's New Order sect has become so corrupt from the top down that true Catholics can only recall the statement of Our Lord Jesus Christ when he took up whips and violently ejected the corrupt leaders out of the Temple, proclaiming: "My house shall be called the oouse of prayer; but you have made it it a den of thieves" (Matthew 21:13/DRV).
In the United States, people were shocked to hear about a long-respected football coach, Joe Paterno, of Pennsylvania State College, that when he heard evidence that his assistant coach had sodomized a boy, he reported the matter to college authorities, but not to the police. Although Paterno himself had committed no crime, the scandal led to his ouster within one day. He himself admitted that he should have done more at the time. The outster of the college president is also being called for.
In Newrome, Benedict-Ratzinger, who presided over Newchurch's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust with all its rapes and cover-ups from police of over ten thousand boys and who left his personal signature all over documents that set his criminal Newbishops and presbyters free, is still at large, still pontificating as Newpope after five years.
Is the world so perverted that takes its football more seriously than its religion? Does the football establishment have more morality than Newchurch? Does Paterno see the seriousness of a comparative faux-pas, while Benedict-Ratzinger has never admitted his proven complicity in a myriad of child-rapes?
An interesting sidelight to this story, which the secular press will never tell you, is that Joe Paterno is a Novus Ordo sectarian, who openly espoused, in a September 23, 2010, article, Novus Ordo-style "tolerance" toward radical Islamic elements that wanted to build a Mohammedan mosque over the place where Islamic terrorists had destroyed two great buildings and killed over 5,000 human beings. Yes, this is just the kind of false tolerance" that the New Order sect and its Newpopes teach.
Good Catholics, Charles Dickens could not have found a more apt moral tale to pair with his Tale of Two Cities. The Newchurch of the New Order is devoid of morality from the top down, which preaches an unCatholic false "tolerance" of evil. Pennsylvania State will be sweeping its leadership out of office. Bernie Fellay is in hiding. Probably in Switzerland. He is hiding behind an old press release dated October 7, 2011, indicating that he will decide whether he turns the Neo-SSPX over to the Novus Ordo sect. He would do this by means of countersigning a secret "Doctrinal Preamble" drafted by the Novus Ordo and executed by Benedict-Ratzinger himself.
If he were a traditional Catholic, Fellay would be alarmed about degrading the Neo-SSPX from a remnant of the true Catholic Church to a helpless tentacle of the Novus Ordo, which currently contends that Jesus Christ is not necessary for salvation. Even the Protestants acknowledge that fact. However, Fellay is probably waiting to see whether he can get away with it.
Fellay has given every indication that he wants to sign the sellout document, by holding a two-day meeting with his District Superiors on October 7-8, 2011, about implementing it, which ended after one day when it became apparent that the true Catholics among his worldwide leaders would never go along with Fellay's ludicrous sellout plan. Remember that the seemingly traditional Neo-SSPX is composed of priests and laity who all joined specifically to flee the Novus Ordo. The Neo-SSPX would crumble if Fellay signed on to this lunacy.
Bernie Fellay's credibility is ruined, even if he later says he won't sign the document. It is now out in the open that he is a ruthless traitor to the true, traditional Catholic faith. Chances are that he will continue to hide behind his old press release until he is sure that this will never blow over and then be forced to resign. Let the other Neo-SSPX Bishops do their jobs.
The myth continues in some circles, such as the Fellayites in the Neo-SSPX, the Motarians in the Novus Ordo sect, etc., that Benedict-Ratzinger is somehow "more traditional" than his predecessor, the Unblessed JPII-Wojtyla. The fact of the matter is that Ratzinger is just more deft at concealing his lifelong Modernism when it suits his purpose. The facts indicate that in actuality Ratzinger is actually getting more Modernist, not more traditionalist.
Take the case of the Assisi III conference, which burns with condemned syncretism ("all religions are equal, we all worship the same god"). In 1986 and 2002, when JPII called Assisi I and II, then Newcardinal Ratzinger criticized the conferences and refused to attend. But in 2011, now Newpope, he proceeded to call his own Assisi III! It was not until there was considerable Newchurcher public opposition expressed against him that he tried to "spin" his Assisi III back a bit. It was not a "conference"; it was a "pilgrimage." Yet at the same time he claimed that this change in terminology was "not meant as a judgment on [Un]blessed John Paul II's Assisi meetings." Oh, Josef, what a tangled web you weave! You can't have it both ways. Our Lord Christ, Whose vicar you claim to be, says, "But he that shall deny me before men, I will also deny him before my Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 10:33/DRV).
The change in terminology, however, did not prevent Benedict-Rattzinger from standing together with heretics, schismatics, and pagans, just as his predecessor did. But Ratzinger went farther: for the first time he invited non-believers to participate. The photographs released look almost identical, except that the cast of characters has changed, but not their affiliations. Ratzinger was "blessed" by several voodoo priestesses, who joined a bizarre congeries of heretics, schismatics, pagans, and atheists, which included the Eastern Orthodox Oecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople, Bartholomew I; the heretical Anglican archbishop of Canterbury, Rowan Williams; the Lutheran minister and Secretary General of the World Council of Churches, Olav Fykse Tveit; the chief rabbis of Israel and Rome; African, American, and Indian animists; Buddhists; Mohammedan imams; Hindus, Sikhs, Zoroastrians, Shintoists, Bahais, Confucians, and Taoists; and even atheists from the Austrian Communist Party!
Good Catholics, none of this should be surprising. After all it was Modernist Newcardinal Josef Ratzinger who, as Prefect of New Ordo Doctrine, issued the Declaration Dominus Iesus, of August 6, 2000, which embraced false "oecumenism," the Vatican II cover-up term for syncretism, condemned by 261 popes previous. When Newchurch's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust broke out into public attention through well-documented articles in the Boston Globe, Newcardinal Bernie Law became the first Newchurch prelate to be a flagrant facilitator of paedophilia among his Newclergy and its cover-up from the police. The Newchurchers of Boston, Massachusetts, were already demanding Law's resignation, but when the Unblessed JPII-Wojtyla gave him a pass, their indigation exploded. A group of Newchurchers followed him wherever he went with signs reading "Law, Get out of Boston." What JPII had failed to do, the indignant Newchurchers accomplished in a single week. Law fled Boston on December 13, 2002, to the waiting bosom of JPII.
The Unblessed, instead of consigning him to a remote monastery to do penance for the rest of his life for the thousands of children's lives that he was complicit in ruining "under color of authority," the Unblessed gave him a sinecure as Archpriest of the Papal Basilica of St. Mary Major in Rome, a swanky apartment, and a nice annual honorarium. Such are the qualifications for becoming a Newchurch Unblessed or Unsaint these days.
Benedict-Ratzinger, the "Paedophile Pope," has seconded his predecessor's immorality by permitting a very public birthday bash in Rome for the paedophile-facilitator, who is now 80. Many of the children whom he wronged are dead, about one-third of them having committed suicide out of shame after his presbyters raped them. Advocates for the child victims were outraged. "There is no reason for a celebration when it comes to children being molested by paedophile p[resbyters],” said one. Another advocate stated: "Any celebration involving Law rubs even more salt into the already deep and still fresh wounds of thousands of hurting abuse victims and millions of betrayed Catholics [sic]."
Advocates for the children raped by Newcardinals, Newbishops, and other presbyters around the world in the beginning tried to exculpate JPII-Wojtyla and Benedict-Ratzinger. However, once the evidence became irrefutable that these two Newpopes were knowingly complicit in the rapes and in concealing their crimes from the police, and that the rapes of children are continuing with their connivance, victims advocates have more recently called for the expulsion of the Paedophile Pope from the papacy.

If Benedict-Ratzinger abdicates, as he has implied that he may do on his 85th birthday on April 16, 2012, what would his status be? Can he exercise the papal office in any way, wear the papal vestments, etc.?

The papacy is an office, not a Sacrament. The Sacrament is that of Holy Orders, of which the highest Order is the priesthood, the episcopate being considered "the fullness of the priesthood." Thus, Ratzinger would remain a bishop. However, there is a problem. Ratzinger has never been consecrated as a bishop; he was merely "installed" in 1977 under Hannibal Bugnini's invalid Protestantized New Ordinal of 1968. He is the first putative pope to whom this situation has applied in the entire history of the Catholic Church. As a result, the argument has been made that Ratzinger cannot be pope because he has never been consecrated as a bishop in the valid traditional Roman Catholic rite. If he is not a bishop, he cannot be the Bishop of Rome, i.e., the pope.
When a pope abdicates, he no longer holds the papal office and has no right to exercise it in any way, e.g., through the use of papal vestments, etc. Typically, he would go into retirement. Ratzinger has indicated that he would go back to his native Bavaria and live in the family house with his elder brother, Georg.
According to the ecclesiastical record, seven popes have abdicated or have been deposed because of heresy, simony, or other causes.

Admittedly, I have been a "neo-SSPXer," as you say. I remember that time and time again over the years, under Archbishop Lefebvre, all ranks of SSPX clergy told us to avoid the New Mass, that it would surely lead us to a Protestant concept of Christianity, we were told. Now Bernie Fellay is using secrecy and trickery to lead us into the New Order sect, where 99.999% attend only the New Mess!
I live in a country where corruption is endemic. But don't we have a worse situation here, namely, the corruption and destruction of our very souls, being mediated by Fellay's Neo-SSPX.
Because things are happening so quickly in the Neo-SSPX's revolt against Bernie Fellay, its dictatorial superior general, I would like to give here my chronology of and thoughts on the recent occurrences to your readers.
Here's a thought. Let Fellay sign his own deal with Benedict-Ratzinger and the Modernists, and leave us 99% of SSPXers alone to retain the traditional Catholic Faith, as our founder, Archbishop Lefebvre, wanted. This false notion has never been the Catholic one, nor is it the teaching of any major religion in the world. Not a single major world religion uses a vernacular tongue in its sacred services, the only exception being latter-day Protestantism. Even Martin Luther wanted sacred services to be in the three sacred tongues, Latin, Greek, and Hebrew.
Before Hannibal Bugnini and his Committee of Six Protestant Ministers violated the decree of the dogmatic Council of Trent and incurred its anathema, by introducing the vulgar tongues into the unCatholic Novus Ordo after Vatican II (1962-1965), those Catholics who did not know Latin certainly became familiar with it in the context of the Traditional Latin Mass. What Catholic didn't know the content of the Pater Noster, the Ave Maria, the Gloria Patri, the Confiteor, the Gloria in Excelsis, the Credo in Unum Deum, etc.?
Do the Novus Ordo sectarians understand their invalid Novus Ordo service better because it is dished out in vulgar tongues? Apparently not. Recent evidence indicates that very few Novus Ordinarians can recite the Apostles Creed or even the Hail Mary. That is notable, given that even Vatican II demanded that the disobedient Novus Ordinarians know in Latin the Pater Noster, Confiteor, Credo, etc. (Constitution Sacrosanctum concilium, paragraph 54). Ireland is cutting off its connnections to Benedict-Ratzinger and his New Order sect, which has with impunity raped children across Ireland for decades. Not only did Bernie Fellay never actually show the text of Benedict-Ratzinger's "Doctrinal Preamble" he wanted his Neo-SSPX Superiors to vote on (!) at the November 7, 2011, Albano, Italy, meeting, but Fellay is now trying to suppress the news of the unanimous revolt of the three other bishops (Richard Williamson, Tissier de Mallerais, and Alfonso de Galarreta) and all the District Superiors, by deleting any mention of it from his Neo-SSPX web sites, newsletters, etc.
Fr. Paul Morgan, the Neo-SSPX's district superior of Britain and Scandanavia, made mention of the revolt against Fellay on the U.K. SSPX web site. A few hours later, it was gone. A couple of hours after that, a directive was released from Fellay's headquarters in Menzingen, Switzerland, declaring that only Menzingen could talk about the anti-Fellay revolt. But the truth about the Neo-SSPX internal revolt against Fellay is now starting to leak out.
Indeed the truth that the TRADITIO Network has been writing about for months, even years, is starting to filter out into the international press. Even Italy's leading daily, La Stampa, picked it up the TRADITIO Network's angle its November 3, 2011, issue.
The TRADITIO Network has been advised that Fr. Timothy Hopkins, who was associated since 1989 with the independent traditional Catholic St. Philomena National Shrine in Miami, Florida, was shot to death on November 2, 2011. Definitive information is not yet available whether his death was a homicide or an accident, although preliminary reports indicated that it was more likely that he had accidentally shot himself.
Fr. Hopkins was a convert from High Anglicanism to traditional Catholicism. Fr. Hopkins had previously informed the TRADITIO Network that he learned the Traditional Latin Mass in secret, like the recusants of England under Blood Elizabeth I, and celebrated it for the first time on Ash Wednesday 1984. Fr. Hopkins took this courageous action even before the purported Newchurch "Indult" of 1988. The shrine, dedicated to the Patron Saint and Martyr of the Traditional Catholic Movement, continues to offer the Traditional Latin Mass under another independent traditional Catholic priest.

In her generosity toward the Holy Souls in Purgatory, Holy Mother Church opens wide the possibility for indulgences to be gained for these souls during November 2 and its Octave, that is, through November 9. You may apply a plenary indulgence applicable to the Holy Souls under the usual conditions, together with the recitation of six Paters, Aves, and Glorias. This plenary indulgence is applicable toties quoties, that is, it may be performed on that day as often as desired for the Holy Souls.
Also, the faithful who during the period of eight days from All Souls Day visit a cemetery in a spirit of piety and devotion, and pray, even mentally, for the dead, may gain a plenary indulgence under the usual conditions, on each day of the Octave, applicable only to the dead.
Presbyter Lowe Dongor (we kid you not -- that is his name!), who was out on his word, while facing charges of possessing child pornography and theft of church funds, has apparently fled his Newparish and the law, hoping to find shelter in his native Philippines. An arrest warrant has been issued for the Newchurch paedophile for failing to appear in court on October 25, 2011.

The recent furor over Bernie Fellay's letter to senior bishop Richard Williamson has led to cries of outrage on the part of many Neo-SSPXers here. We are told by Society leaders: "We are a priestly society, and hence we are first and foremost focused on our priests." This seems to be the party line of the Neo-SSPX as, by and large, Fellay has not been truthful and open with us, his faithful, over what exactly is going on between Newrome and himself.
Is it not a fact that the laity is very much involved in the Society via the collection basket? Is Bernie Fellay not at all accountable to the laity?

Bernie Fellay is not at all accountable to the Neo-SSPX laity. The revised statutes of the Neo-SSPX set up what is essentially a dictatorship with the "superior general" having absolute power. This arrangement contradicts the wisdom of every traditional religious order in the Church. Fellay's 24-year term makes him a dictator, pure and simple.
Officially, the laity of the Neo-SSPX has not a word to say. In fact, as you indicate, Fellay despises them. They have only two purposes in his realm: (1) to obey him in a cult-like manner, which is contrary to Christ's own teaching in Sacred Scripture and violates Catholic theology, and (2) to pony up their money into Fellay's coffers to fund his support of Novus Ordo principles publicly condemned by his Society's founder, Archbishop Lefebvre.
You yourself allude to the remedy. Neo-SSPXers have two primary means of fighting back: (1) abandoning Fellay's sites and (2) cutting off all money given to him. These are the same means that Newchurchers could use to gut the immorality of their leaders. Unfortunately, Neo-SSPXers, like Newchurchers, gripe, but they don't take the only actions that would change the situation. If nobody attended and if nobody paid these immoral leaders, they would have no choice by to turn out the lights on their unCatholic deceptions. Then the remaining truly traditional priests in the group could offer the fully Traditional Latin Mass and Sacraments, freed from their Fellay-mandated Novus Ordo-friendly straight-jacket.
Can Benedict-Ratzinger survive yet another scandal? On October 31, 2011, the German press revealed that with collections significantly down as his Newchurchers protest his Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust, Benedict-Ratzinger's own German publishing house, right there in his native Bavaria, has issued 2,500 pornographic titles. The covers of these titles feature full frontal nudity and explicit photographs. Weltbild is is the second-largest publisher in Germany. It is owned 100% by Benedict-Ratzinger's Newchurch. Although the company issues a few religious and ethics books for cover, the Newchurch publisher also publishes 2,500 porn titles and anti-Christian books, which net it 1,700,000,000 U.S. dollars each year!
Weltbild's 2,500 porn titles include perverse sexual fantasy of every type, together with Satanism, the occult, esotericism, and anti-Christian atheist propaganda. In 2008 the German Newchurch bishops received a 70-page report detailing their publication of porn. The Newbishops ignored the 2008 report. When Newchurchers individually approached the Newbishop pornographers, the bishops' response was characterized as "arrogant and spiteful." It's Benedict-Ratzinger's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust all over again! Nothing has changed. Now that the Newbishops have been publicly identified as pornographers, they claim that it was a "filtering problem" -- whatever that means. Later the Newbishops tried again, claiming that the 2,500 titles were not pornography, but "erotica." Apparently, a distinction without a difference for the New Order sect's leaders. I am a traditional Catholic, who converted to the true faith in 1999. When I looked to becoming a convert, I actually went to a Novus Order service (before I knew the difference) and afterward thought to myself, "This is the same 'mess' that I am trying to leave." Well, after countless prayers, God showed me the way and brought me to a traditional Catholic church, and the first true Mass at which I assisted was a traditional Latin High Mass. Instantly I knew that the traditional Catholic Church was the true church and thus the only right choice for anybody.
More recently, when I was dating a Newchurcher, I went to the Novus Ordo service with her one morning. (God has since ended the relationship again after another prayer.) The first thing I noticed in her Novus Ordo church was that there was no tabernacle on the altar. In fact, there was no tabernacle in the church at all. I was disgusted. I was also disgusted by the way people dressed and carried on in the church. After the "mess" was over, the church sounded like a football stadium with a burst of noise and shouting, making it almost impossible to say after-service prayers.
Being a convert from the Protestant Church, I am in a unique position to say that the Novus Order "Mess" and Newrome are nothing more then a hyped-up Protestant Church. With the missing tabernacle, it is safe to say that this Novus Order church doesn't even want God there. I guess having God there might offend all the pope's pagan, idolater, and heretic friends he hangs out with at Assisi and elsewhere!
During Benedict-Ratzinger's official state visit to Germany, on September 22, 2011, a dozen of his own Newchurch cardinals and bishops publicly refused to shake his extended hand. Some of them visibly avoided eye contact and turned away from him. At the same time they enthusiastically shook the hand of the German President, Christian Wulff.
So unprecedented is such a public spurning of a pope that Newchurch papolators sprang into full gear trying to cover up the "Paedophile Pope" being publicly snubbed. They later tried to claim that things were not what the news cameras showed: Ratzinger was not offering his hand to be shaken, but simply gesturing to the President, they claimed. The evidence of the news video, however, is quite clear. Ratzinger is going down the line of German Newcardinals and Newbishops extending his hand to them, and some dozen refused to shake his hand and even publicly turned away from him.
Benedict-Ratzinger, though a native German, has been consistently rejected by large numbers of his fellow-countrymen. Hundreds of thousands of Germans are officially leaving his Newchurch annually. He has been tied even by United States State Department cables to being a uniformed member of the Hitler-Jugend and a member of the Nazi Wehrmacht auxiliaries that shot down Allied Planes for Hitlter. Then there has been his association with the Society of St. Pius X, whose senior bishop is, in the view of the Germans, a public "holocaust-denier," who was convicted of this uniquely German crime.
But, most of all, the Germans detest Ratzinger for his personal involvement in the facilitation and cover-up of rampant child rape by Newchurch clergy while he was Sex "Czar" and now as Newpope. Germany has, among all the countries of Europe, been hardest hit by the crimes, with perhaps the exception of Ireland. In papal practice it is the little gestures are important; they are symbols of what is going on under the surface, which Newchurch officials are afraid to proclaim publicly for fear of personal repercussions. The same practice was used under the most lethal of the Roman emperors. It is you who do not have your facts straight. The rubrics for the Freemason presbyter Hannibal Bugnini's Half Novus Ordo "Mess of 1962" do not in fact specify the use of the biretta. This change was one included in some two hundred pages' worth of changes introduced in 1960-1962. The changed rubric in the Ritus Servandus in Celebratione Missae (Rite to Be Observand in the Celebration of the Mass), to be found in the front matter of the 1962 Missal (Section I, Paragraph 3) states: convenienter caput tegit [if agreeable (optionally), he covers his head (with a biretta)]. This phrase does not appear in Pope St. Pius X's rubrics, as biretta was of obligation to be worn until the 1960-1962 Bugnini's Half Novus Ordo changes came in. It was not up to the whim of the priest.
Curiously your message proves the very point that our reader was making. Even if "a great part" of the Neo-SSPX priests use the traditional biretta, another part does not -- following the "optional" change in Bugnini's Mess of 1962.
Andrew Greeley, 83, was the epitome of the Vatican II Modernist presbyter. He publicly rejected many teachings of the Catholic Church. He was an advocate of priestesses, while at the same time he disparaged women by making them the objects of his numerous sex-pot novels.

Now is the time to call for the resignation of the Neo-SSPX's superior, Bernie Fellay -- or to depose him. He can no longer be trusted to represent the interests of thousands of traditional Catholics. He has stopped protecting his sheep and is still in serious negotiations to sell out his entire flock to the Novus Ordo.
The truth is there is no reason why Bishop Fellay should want anything from the Novus Ordo, or should want to have anything to do with it. The Novus Ordo in no way assists the traditional Catholic Faith. In fact, it has been doing everything it can to destroy the Catholic Faith it for the last fifty years! The Novus Ordo is a true heresy in the Church. This is the reason why Archbishop Lefebvre started the SSPX, which Fellay has abandoned.
Fellay must have some ulterior motive for wanting to make a serious deal with the Novus Ordo. It doesn't matter what it is. He clearly has one because otherwise he wouldn't think twice about having anything to do with the Novus Ordo. Protecting the Catholic Faith is not a priority at all for him.
Fellay could personally quit the Neo-SSPX and join the Novus Ordo. But, no, he has to drag along the entire flock with him. He probably thinks bringing souls into the Novus Ordo gives him more power. Fellay has absolutely no right to make intimate dealings with the Novus Ordo heresy by violating the essence of what Archbishop Lefebvre created the SSPX to accomplish.
Fellay is a Judas who has no credibility among true Catholics. He should resign immediately -- or be deposed.
British police and prosecutors are preparing an International Arrest Warrant for a Newchurch abbot, presbyter Laurence Soper, who has jumped bail on charges of sex crimes against children. Police believe that the escapee Soper has fled to Newrome, to the protective bosom of Benedict-Ratzinger, who has not yet met a paedophile for whom he does not cover up. Benedict-Ratzinger's Great Sex & Embezzlement Scandal just goes on and on. Soper was abbot of Ealing Abbey, a Newbenedictine monastery. Several Newbenedictine abbots in Austria have recently been implicated in similar crimes. Apparently, these abbots have evidentally been doing more than singing!
Newabbot Soper was implicated along with another sex criminal, presbyter David Pearce, who was also a head of St. Benedict's abbey school. Pearce was convicted of raping children at the school and is in prison for eight years, having pled guilty to a series of rapes against five children at the school, four of whom were under age 14.
These are not old charges either. Some of the crimes were committed as recently as 2008, two years into the Newpapal reign of Benedict-Ratzinger, who claimed that such crimes were under control. The paedophile presbyter Pearce was described by one of his child victims as the "devil in a dog collar," apparently referring to the sado-masochistic practices of the presbyter, whom the Newchurch of the New Order had allowed to rape children with impunity for 36 years!
As in Ireland, Germany, Austria, Holland, France, the United States, Australia, and other countries around the world, Britain is now getting fed up with Benedict-Ratzinger's subornation of sex crimes against its country's children. The London Times devotes part of the front page and its second leader to the sex crimes. It also criticizes the failure of Newchurch officials from the top down to answer any questions about the crimes. The Times seems to be getting its teeth into the failures of the hierarchy in Britain and the hypocrisy of Benedict-Ratzinger with his phony "apologies" and staged meetings with handbook groups of child victims.
Benedict-Ratzinger has meanwhile ordered his own cover-up investigation of Soper and the other presbyters at the school, to be conducted by his own man. Ratzinger doesn't like the police handling these matters, as they will come up with the facts. Ratzinger prefers to perpetrate cover-ups. No, your conclusion is not right. Failure to use the biretta is just one indication that Bernie Fellay's Neo-SSPX is not really traditional liturgically, but follows the Half Novus Ordo Mess of 1962+, sometimes called the "Motu" Mess or the "Extraordinary" Mess. Others have pointed out that only the Neo-SSPX's senior bishop, Richard Williamson, uses traditional bishop's vesture. Bernie Fellay, Tissier de Mallerais, and Alfonso de Galarreta use the "modernized" vesture of Vatican II.
That being said, your conclusion about the Fraternity of St. Peter being traditional is not correct. That organization is even more seriously part of the New Order because not only on a few points of vesture but on more significant matters of doctrines and morals, the FSSP accepts the New Order sect's false teachings and practices. Fellay's Neo-SSPX is getting to that point by actively negotiating to be "in communion with" the New Order sect, but the Neo-SSPX has gone only part of the way to the New Order -- so far.
Benedict-Ratzinger, who certainly has gained a reputation for dishonesty and mendacious propaganda, has now involved his own brother, Georg, in the deception. Apparently in response to more and more revelations that his brother Josef has been involved in suborning crimes against children, Georg Ratzinger is attempting to cover up his Newpope brother's despicable reputation with lies. We don't use this term cavalierly, as Josef has himself admitted to much of what has not already been released in official United States State Department cables, so the deliberation exhibited in the falsehoods is patent.
Msgr. Georg Ratzinger, Josef's elder brother, has released Mon Frère, le Pape in French. According to the publisher the two brothers "conspired" in a spring 2010 interview to come up with a fairy tale about their lives. Georg tells of the brothers' childhood in Bavaria, their family relationship, and their daily lives. What Georg doesn't tell in the book is that according to public statements by Bavarians that knew the young Ratzinger brothers, including a doctor who now lives in Canada, the two were already known to have be afflicted in youth with the same malady that has consumed Benedict-Ratzinger's later Newvatican prefecture and papacy.
Georg also concocts a myth that Josef refused to participate in the Hitlerjugend and the German Army. But Josef has admitted in his own approved biography that he joined the Nazi Hitlerjugend several months early, when many of his fellow young Bavarians were refusing to join altogether. Moreover, recently-released U.S. State Department cables note that Josef participated in Hitler's Wehrmacht, where he was in an auxiliary unit shooting down Allied planes.
Another psychological insight is missing from Georg's book. Evidently, the two Ratzinger brother have some sort of predisposition to uncontrollable anger. Although this penchant has been carefully concealed in the case of Josef, it does slip through from time to time. It tends to come out when someone stand up to him and just says no, as when the Polish government vetoed his appointment of a former Communist spy to become Newchurch Primate of Poland. Newvatican officials said that Josef flew into an uncontrollable rage.
But in the case of brother Georg, the facts are public. He was charged with abusing the children in his boys' choir by slapping them around mercilessly. On one occasion, documented by several of the boys, George became so enraged at a boy singing out of tune that the threw a chair at him, hitting and injuring him. So possessed with rage was Georg, that his false teeth fell out!
Good Catholics, Georg's new book is obviously intended to provide a cover-up myth for his brother Josef, who has been involved with the most immoralities imaginable. Apparently, Newchurch theology allows brothers to lie about one another. It's all part of the Ratzingerian cover-up corruption, and now it is clear that the corruption runs in the family!

I am a traditional, confessional Lutheran. So, I realize that we have many differences of great importance but also that we would be closer on some points than modern liberalist "Catholics." I have always felt an affection for Catholicism and have tried to study it to see whether God is leading me there. One of the main confusions I run into is the whole issue of Vatican II and the post-Vatican II popes.
Looking at this as an outsider, I definitely do see a break with traditional Catholic teaching and practice since Vatican II, especially concerning "oecumenism," which was forbidden by pre-Vatican II popes. How are we to view the situation of the New Order sect, which calls itself Catholic? Are the post-Vatican II popes legitimately acting in the area of "faith and morals," or, as some people say, the post-Vatican II Roman See is vacant because in fact it has broken from Catholicism?

Your question indicates how lethal the New Order has been to the Catholic Faith by preventing people honestly seeking the true Faith from converting to the Catholic Church because they see the New Order sect and think that it is the Catholic Church -- which, of course, it isn't. Catholicism now has to call itself "traditional Catholicism" in order to distinguish itself from the New Order sect that calls itself Catholic, but has in fact broken from Catholicism, as your own observations have made clear to you.
There are various theological theories to explain such situations in the Church, which has occurred several times before. These theories were, for the most part, proposed during the period of the Protestant Revolution in the 16th century, when there was a very real fear that through force and secular politics, a Protestant heretic would be placed on the papal throne. Sede-vacantism, the theory holding that the post-Vatican II papacy is vacant because the claimant is a heretic, is only one of these theories. Sede-impeditism, the theory holding that the claimant, though valid, cannot be obeyed because his teaching and practices are not Catholic is yet another theory. An argument specifically pertaining to the current pope is that he was never consecrated as a bishop in the valid Catholic form, but merely "installed" in the invalid Novus Ordo form. Thus, not being a bishop, he cannot be the Bishop of Rome and thus cannot be pope. There are other theories and arguments. But whatever theory may be argued to explain the current situation theologically is really not that important. The practical consequence is that Catholic theology has always held that one cannot follow any pope, valid or not, who attempts change Catholic dogma or Tradition. One must shun such a pope, and the history of the Church shows numerous times when Doctors and Saints did just that. Moreover, several popes have been excommunicated and deposed on several occasions in the last two millennia when they have strayed from the Faith. Moreover, your quotation from Vatican I about "faith and morals" is only partially true. There are several other requirements for any papal teaching to be considered infallible, which is a rare circumstance, in any case. The dogmatic Vatican I Council, for example, makes it quite clear that the pope's power is limited to acting within the Dogma and Tradition of the Church. If a pope should presume to act outside that sphere, his actions are legally ultra vires and therefore null and void. The teaching of the Church on this point is quite logical: an office-holder cannot validly use an office to effect a purpose contrary to the purpose for which that office was established. It would be absurd to argue that Christ established the office of the papacy to destroy the Catholic Church.
