Mark Seitz, known as an "open borders" Newbishop in violation of U.S. law, has thrown in the towel and declared on March 13, 2026, that his Newdiocese of El Paso, Texas, is bankrupt because of the financial strain caused by the high volume of sex crimes perpetrated by presbyters against children. At the same time attendance and collections have fallen drastically.

A Traditional Catholic priest recently claimed that Hannibal Bugnini was "just an undersecretary" and did not have responsibility for the devastating changes to the Sacred Liturgy, particularly Holy Week; the calendar and rubrics for Holy Mass; the Easter Vigil; the Divine Office; and the Sacraments. What exactly was Bugnini's role under Pius XII in imposing the ungodly aberrations made in the Traditional Roman Rite during the 1950s leading up to the Vatican II Anti-council?
THE TRADITIO FATHERS REPLY:
It is dead wrong to say that Anibale Bugnini was "just an undersecretary." To the contrary, he was personally appointed by Pius XII on May 28, 1948, to be the Secretary of a Pontificia Commissio pro Generali Liturgica Instauratione (Commission for a General Liturgical Renewal), what one might call the Reformation [in the Protestant sense] Commission. As the name of the Commission indicates, Pius XII clearly had in mind extensive changes to the Roman liturgy. In the practice of the Roman Curia, it is the Secretary, not the President, who is the controlling official, as is the case in most European parliamentary systems. Bugnini was a known "progressive" on the liturgy, yet Pius XII appointed him anyway.
In fact, Pius XII's liturgical "reforms" faced a headwind of opposition when they were imposed. For example, swaths of the churches in Britain and Italy in particular, simply refused to implement the 1955 Protestantizations of Holy Week. When John XXIII acceded to the papacy, he promptly fired Bugnini from his position of Professor of Liturgy at the Pontifical Lateran University because "his liturgical ideas were seen as too progressive." Even the gutting of Mass known as the "1962 Mess" was not John XXIII's work, but Pius XII's.
An objective view of the historical facts reveals that Pius XII personally appointed Bugnini to do the very job that he did: to "reform" the Roman liturgy in such a way as to provide a stepping-stone to what became first the corrupted half Novus Ordo New Latin Mess of 1962, then after the Vatican II Anti-council, the full-blown Protestant-Masonic-Pagan "New Mess" of 1969, which is still the official Mess of the Synodal Newchurch of the New Order. Even Vatican II was not originally John XXIII's idea. It was Pius XII himself who wanted to convoke the Anti-council, but was talked out of it at the last minute by leading curial cardinals.
It was the Apostate Pseudo-Newpope Bergoglio-Francis who openly worshipped the nude pagan fertility goddess Pachamama, associated with human sacrifice, and placed her idol in front of the high altar of St. Peter's Archbasilica in Newrome. He also forced his Newcardinals in a famous 2019 photograph, previously published in these Daily Commentaries, to bow down in worship to the idol.
Now Bergoglio's disciple and successor, the apostate Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo, was also photographed publicly engaging in the same idolatry, not only a grave sin against the First Commandment of God, but further evidence -- if any were needed -- that he and his Synodal Newchurch of the New Age are counterfeit and most certainly NOT the Catholic Church. Traditional Catholics, this revelation, which was republished on March 18, 2026, has confirmed in a stunning way the fact that Robert Prevost is just another crazed apostate, founded in the Vatican II Anti-council's Newchurch of the New Order and in Bergoglio-Francis's 2024 reconstituted Synodal Newchurch of the New Age. None of the post-Vatican II pseudo-popes, not to speak of the 1964 Newchurch of the New Order and now the 2024 Synodal Newchurch of the New Age, can be considered in any way associated with the true Catholic Church, which current continues in those Traditional Catholic clergy, churches, chapels, and oratories around the world that maintain the Traditional Catholic Faith and have no association whatsoever with the counterfeit Newchurch.
Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo didn't even bother to commemorate St. Joseph's feastday on his feastday, March 19, 2026. Instead, Prevost chose to issue his full-throated support of his predecessor Bergoglio-Francis's apostate 2016 document "Amoris Laetitia," which was used to promote the admittance of bigamists to the Novus Ordo cookie and Kool-Aid. No mention of St. Joseph was even carried on Newvatican's web site on his feastday.
To the contrary, U.S. President Trump used the feastday to publish the first proclamation of praise of St. Joseph's remarkable example ever issued by a U.S. President. Contrary to the "woke" theology of the counterfeit Newchurch of the New Order, the President used a traditional form of address for the Saint that has been discarded by Newchurch, viz., "Terror of Demons" and encouraged young men to "embrace faith, get married, start a family, and raise the next generation." The President described St. Joseph as "a model father, husband, and worker, as well as a living embodiment of Christian virtue" and went on to praise the Saint in these words:
He spent his life working tirelessly, without accolades or recognition, to protect his family and raise the Son of God. Through every trial and tribulation, Saint Joseph led his family with dignity, strength, and moral courage. In the face of uncertainty and danger, time and again, he valiantly surrendered to God’s will with faith, fortitude, humility, and obedience -- pllaying a central role in the life of Jesus Christ and the history of salvation.... He remains revered by countless citizens for his tremendous example of what it means to be a man, father, and husband."
The President concluded his proclamation with these words:
Guided by his example, we will never stop fighting for St. Joseph’s legacy in our homes, churches, culture, and public square.Traditional Catholics, the self-proclaimed "pope" of the Synodal Newchurch of the New Age has never written anything so sublimely about the Patron of the Universal Church. In fact, the "1962 Mess" dumped St. Joseph's feast under that title. It seems that the President of the United States clearly has a more deeply Catholic mentality than the Pseudo-Newpope Prevost. Perhaps we can hope for the former's conversion. It is clear that the latter has publicly chosen the demonic side that St. Joseph was known for terrorizing.
Newchurch in Canada is being forced to pay out 30,000,000 USD for sex crimes against children perpetrated by two Vancouver Newchurch schools on boys from kindergarten to grade 12. Six Christian Brothers were implicated and transferred to the schools under a concocted cover-up, although they had already been implicated in sex crimes against boys in a Christian Brothers orphanage.
The Newarchdiocese of Vancouver was also dunned for the payout, which is being overseen by the Vancouver Supreme Court. 105,000,000 USD had already been paid out for sex crimes perpetrated by Christian Brothers' presbyters in Newfoundland and Laborador. Traditional Catholics, the number of crimes being identified under the regimes of Pseudo-Newpopes Montini-Paul VI, Wojtyla-JPII, Ratzinger-Benedict, Bergoglio-Francis, and now Prevost-Leo is expanding as more and more investigations are conducted. It is as easy as picking low-hanging fruit from a tree. Under whatever rock you look in the apostate Newchurch of the New Order, which is most certainly NOT the Catholic Church, there is yet another pit of presbyters, Newbishops, and Newcardinals involved in the most vile of the Four Biblical Sins that Cry out to Heaven for Retribution.
In what has been described as "a stunning blow to both (Pseudo-New)pope Francis’ legacy and (New)vatican prosecutors who had put a (New)cardinal and several other people on trial over alleged financial crimes," the Newvatican Court of Appeal on March 17, 2026, voided the conviction of Newcardinal Angelo Becciu and eight others on fraud charges in the loss of some 350,000,000 USD of Newchurch monies in a London real estate scam. This case have been called "The Trial of the Century."
The Newvatican Court of Appeals found instead that Bergoglio had illegally interfered in the case, in spite of his promises not to. Becciu had consistently testified under oath that Bergoglio himself had approved of every step in the fraud and embezzlement and was, in effect, the mastermind behind it. The ruleing confirmed Becciu's sworn testimony.
The Court found that Bergoglio had imposed "secret rescripts" upon the court contrary to law. in an effort to conceal his own collusion in the fraud. The Court found that Bergoglio's agents had illegally concealed and redacted "crucial materials" from discovery by the Becciu's attorneys. Traditional Catholics, the Newvatican Court of Appeals found that essentially Bergoglio-Francis had tried to make Newcardinal Becciu the scapegoat for his own fraud, which lost some 350,000,000 USD in Newchurch monies. Newvatican was under Bergoglio -- and now is under Prevost-Leo -- sinking into bankruptcy according to its auditors, so Bergoglio was desperate to extort money in any way that he could in order to prop up his toppling regime, even fraud. Bergoglio could not admit this fact, of course, so he fingered his assistant, Newcardinal Becciu, to take the fall. However, Becciu courageously would not cooperate, and now he has been vindicated by Newvatican's own Court of Appeals.
Newchurch's first Auditor General, Libero Milone was too good. He was fired after he publicly reported financial irregularities on the balance sheets, missing money, and fraud, Milone, one of the most respected auditors in Europe and the United States, was brought in to examine Newvatican's finances and to straighten out Newchurch's financial operations. He has zeroed in on two individuals within Newvatican who perpetrated the fraud.
In his two years at Newvatican, Milone says that he reported no fewer than 15 issues to the European Union's Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism. One case involved the transfer of 2,875,000 USD to a hospital to build a ward. The money was sent, but there is no ward in existence. Traditional Catholics, what is Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo's response? He maintains that the claims of a financial crisis at Newvatican have been exaggerated, even though three auditors have now publicly reported that Newvatican is on the verge of bankruptcy and is rife with fraud. For his trouble Milone, who tied to do right by the corrupt Newchurch still has his case pending before the Prevost-controlled Newvatican Supreme Court. Guess who is going to win the case.
Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo has initiated yet another scam to let off scot free his presbyter paedophile sex offenders: impose a narrow statute of limitations. While most secular jurisdictions around the world have lengthened the period during which a child sex criminal can be prosecuted, Prevost has narrowed the period. Yet Prevost could have suspended the statute of limitations in the notorious case of Presbyter Valentino Salvoldi -- but he didn't.
Salvoldi faced numerous charges of assaulting at least 21 boys at youth camps that he organized under Newchurch auspices, yet Prevost & Co. have dismissed the case against the allegedly perverted presbyter. After numerous complaints the self-styled "beggar of love," described as a cult leader, was entirely excused from any punishment whatsoever and still functions "in good standing" with the Newvatican.
Yet Salvoldi complains that the permissive Newchurch is "excessively rigid," "centered on [New]rome and on sin." He wants Newchurch to move "beyond traditional sexual morality." Newchurch allowed Salvoldi to pander his "free love" in its youth camps. His hero is Pseudo-Newpope Bergoglio-Francis, who allowed his libertine presbyters to distance themselves from "a morality obsessed with sexual ethics." Traditional Catholics, Prevost-Leo has replaced Bergoglio-Francis's never-enforced "Zero Tolerance" policy for child sexual assaults by his Newclergy to an "All Tolerance" policy. No wonder attendance at the invalid, counterfeit New Order Mess of Newchurch is tanking around the world. Each successive Pseudo-Newpope seems to be more permissive of child sexual assault than the last. And it is now clear, with new cases reported day after day, that the situation is getting worse, not better.

Indeed, the Didache, titled from the Greek word for "teaching," is one of the most important works after the Bible, dated to the first century, first discovered in 1873 and then first published in 1883. It was written in Biblical (Koine) Greek by one or more of the Apostolic Fathers who were the disciples of the Apostles themselves. It constitutes the earliest catechism, with a description of Catholic rituals, morals, and Church organization. It is in this work that the Friday abstinence from fleshmeat is mentioned, which the Newchurch of the New Order, which is most certainly NOT the Catholic Church, unceremoniously dumped.
The most accessible complete version is in volume 1 of the Loeb Classical Library Series from Harvard University Press (464 pages hardbound, $30), which gives the Greek original on the left-hand pages and an English version on the right-hand pages. The current edition (2003) is edited by Bart Ehrman. An earlier edition (2012) was edited by Kirsoff Lake.
Newchurch's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust just keeps going on and on, getting worse with each subsequent Pseudo-Newpope. On March 4, 2026, the Attorney General of Rhode Island, which has the largest Newchurch population per capita, with nearly 40 per cent of that state identifying as Newchurchers, reported that his multiyear investigation found that Newbishops let off with impunity 75 presbyters who raped, sodomized, and otherwise sexually assaulted 300 children, principally during the decades after the Vatican II Anti-council (1962-1965).

Traditional Catholics, rightly did the Attorney General state that Newchurch had "damned" itself by transferring its paedophile-presbyter criminals to new assignments without investigation or contacting law enforcement. The criminal presbyters were instead sent to a "spiritual retreat," then returned to work. The Attorney General described the Newbishops' attitude as "absurdly pollyannaish." Meanwhile, one post-Vatican II Pseudo-Newpope after another has whistled through the graveyard, not a single one of them having the courage to overturn the entire system as Samson toppled to rubble the Philistine temple to the pagan god Dagon by collapsing the pillars that held it up (Judges 16:23-30).
The consequences of the Vatican II Anti-council (1962-1965) and the Newchurch of the New Order, renamed in 2024 by Pseudo-Newpope Bergoglio-Francis the Synodal Newchurch of the New Age, has destroyed one of the most Catholic of religious orders, the Cistercians of the Strict Observance, commonly known as Trappists, named from their Abbey of Our Lady of La Trappe in Normandy, France, where their motherhouse was founded in the 12th century.
The Trappists announced on March 6, 2026, that they have no new "vocations" -- if one can even say there can be any vocations to the apostate Newchurch, any more than to the Lutherans -- so they will be closing down in 2028 the famous 12th-century motherhouse of their order at La Trappe, the iconic eponymous symbol of the Cistercians of the Strict Observance. '
In the 1960s the order was taken over by Modernist heretics, such as the infamous Thomas Merton, who eventually executed himself in a bathtub in Thailand while attending a pagan Buddhist Conference. Merton had immersed himself in pagan religions and pandered in his books what came to be known as the Heresy of Oecumenism ("we all worship the same gods"; "all religions are true"). Traditional Catholics, La Trappe abbey survived the Black Death, the Hundred Years’ War, the Protestant Revolution, the French Revolution, and the World Wars of the 20th century, but could not survive the Vatican II Anti-council and its bastard progeny, the Newchurch of the New Order. The impending closure of the venerable abbey, once dedicated to Our Lady, is a clear sign of the spiritual disaster initiated by the Modernists of Vatican II that is rotting not only the Newchurch, but the soul of Classical and Christian Western Civilization.
The Vatican II Anti-council's Oecumenical Heresy ("we all worship the same gods"; all religions are true") has fallen on hard times. It seems that the fabled "oecumenism" works in only one direction -- against the Newchurch. On March 3, 2025, a pagan Hindu mob vandalized and burned a Newchurch in eastern India. Attacks by savage pagan Hindus have been increasing in recent years. In 2008, 100 Christians were murdered, and 50,000 were ejected from their homes. The government has done little or nothing to stop these attacks.
Although police were completely absent at the time of the attack, the next day 180 pagans were flushed out for interrogation. The pagans objected to Christian vehicles using the village street and objected to Newchurch's ownership of the property. The police merely cautioned the pagan arsonists and let them go. Traditional Catholics, this is not the first time that Newchurches in India have been vandalized and burned down. Don't hold your breath: Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo is not likely to call Prime Minister Narendra Modi to task; that he reserves for Newchurch Neocons. Modi is a Hindu and early member of the right-wing Hindu party in India. Prevost would have to admit that his Newchurch's vaunted oecumenism is a lie. He will never do that; he is a proud apostate of the Vatican II Anti-council.
The Newchurch of the New Order, since 2024 the Synodal Newchurch of the New Age, is so hypocritical that no Catholic can believe a thing it says. One can only abide by the Latin maxim, "Facto, non Verbo." Pay attention not to what the Newpope and his officials say, but to what they do. The world has been told by a string of Newpopes -- Wojtyla-JPII, Ratzinger-Benedict, Bergoglio-Francis, and now Prevost-Leo -- that Newchurch has a "Zero Tolerance" policy against sexually deviant presbyters, but such a policy does not exist in reality, as Gaspard Beby Gneba, Newbishop of Man, Ivory Coast, discovered.
Beby took the Newpopes at their word and called upon his presbyters to lead a chaste life and upon his laypeople to report unchaste presbyters. "Any lay faithful who knows that a p[resbyter] is not faithful to his celibacy, that he has a wife or a child, that he has committed sexual abuse or economic crimes, must have the courage to denounce him to the bishop," Beby wrote to his Newdiocese. He also prohibited his presbyters from performing "blessings" of homosexual "couples." For his trouble, Prevost unceremoniously expelled Beby from his diocese and demoted him. Traditional Catholics, some Marxist/Modernist presbyters - objected to Beby's exhortation and provoked an Inquisition by the Newvatican of the Newbishop. On February 19, 2026, Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo acceded to the heretic Modernist presbyters, expelled Newbishop Beby from his Newdiocese, and demoted him. Thus, Prevost showed that he was just as much a Marxist/Modernist hypocrite as anyone and has no intention of enforcing a "Zero Tolerance" policy against Newchurch sex crimes. Beby should have immediately abdicated, followed the words of Christ, wiped the Newchurch dirt off his shoes, and become an independent Traditional Catholic bishop.

I have gone to the Neo-SSPX and seen the congregation stand for the Kyrie, Sanctus, and Agnus Dei during a Solemn Mass. This practice goes against what I understood to be the correct posture. What is, in fact, the correct posture for the congregation during Solemn Mass, or during a Low Mass, for that matter.

It may surprise you to learn that, actually, there are no rubrics in the Missale Romanum for the congregation, only for the priest. Customs amongst the laity differ in various locales. Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo continues his insidious appointments of Marxist/Modernist Newbishops to take complete charge of his Synodal Newchurch of the New Order.
Case One. On January 24, Prevost appointed presbyter Cyril Villareal as the new Newbishop of Kalibo, Philippines. He studied in the Newarchdiocese of Vienna, Austria, one of the most Marxist/Modernist of all Newdioceses. There he wrote a thesis against artificial contraception, while at the same time openly admitting that he was aware of the connection between contraception and abortion. Villareal also rejected the Church's Universal Theologian, St. Thomas Aquinas, and his "natural law perspective springing from Divine Law," to embrace "a new way of looking at sexual morality" via the apostate Vatican II Anti-council. So much for moral order in Newchurch.
Case Two. On February 14, 2026, Prevost appointed presbyter Francisco Agnelo as the new Newbishop of Sindhudurg, India. Agnelo is a syncretist (we all worship the same gods), organizing initiatives of Islamists, Hindus and other pagans to create the condemned synodal One World Religion. Agnelo & Co. participated in Hindu hymns and a prayer dance. Even Pseudo-Newpope Francis-Bergoglio's Newcardinal Archbishop of Goa participated in the pagan rites, which in other cases had Newchurch clergy "venerating" the pagan idols of the Hindul elephant-headed goddess Ganesha. Traditional Catholics, don't let Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo's haberdashery fool you. By his actions, the man has unquestionably shown himself to be a Marxist/Modernist/Syncretist of the Synodal Newchurch of the New Age, which is most certainly NOT the Catholic Church, but is about as far from Catholic as one can get!
Meet the new head of the German Newchurch. He is homophiliac and Synodalist Heiner Wilmer, elected on February 24, 2026, by the 56 Newbishops of the German (New)bishops' Conference. As Newbishop of Hildescheim, Wilmer has proclaimed many heresies, supports homosexuality, and embraces the apostate Synodal Newchurch of the New Age.
Wilmer outright promotes the "blessing" of "gay marriage." In contravention of Sacred Scripture, he proclaims that God creates homosexuality, which he claims is not inherently evil. Traditional Catholics, the German Newbishops are on the verge of going into schism from Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo anyway. Wilmer will push his Conference faster and more furiously toward that end. Prevost has far more problems than the Neo-SSPX's pending schism!
With the Trenton, New Jersey, Newdiocese penalized 180,000,000 USD to settle numerous lawsuits of child victims of its paedophile presbyters, as of February 18, 2026, Newchurch in the United States has paid out several billions for its rapes, sodomies, and other sexual assaults on its child victims, crimes that are ongoing under Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo in Newchurch's Great Sex & Embezzlement Holocaust.

Traditional Catholics, no wonder Newchurch is sinking into the pit. Newparishes are closing by the thousands, and beautiful traditional church buildings are being rammed by the Newchurch wrecking ball. By 2030, predictions are that the Newchurch will be essentially dead, compared to its flourishing state before the Vatican II Anti-council.
It is amazing how clueless Newchurchers are with the reality of the Pseudo-Newpopes of the Newchurch of the New Order. Now a group of American Newchurchers is using the questionable means of "crowdfunding" to pay for a papal tiara for Newpope Prevost-Leo. We shall skip over the fact that Prevost-Leo as an apostate from the Catholic Faith is no true pope, nor is the Newchurch the Catholic Church. These clueless American Newchurchers are apparently unaware that in 1965 Montini-Paul VI gave away his tiara and essentially suppressed the use of this traditional papal headdress.

Traditional Catholics, at the end of the Vatican II Anti-council, Montini-Paul VI descended the steps of the papal throne in St. Peter's Basilica and took off the triple tiara as a sign that his Newchurch of the New Order rejected the traditional papacy and its authority to teach, rule, and sanctify. To emphasize the point, he gave the tiara away to a museum. Since Montini no Pseudo-Newpope after the Anti-council has ever dared to wear the traditional Newpapal tiara.
Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo took one step too far into secular politics and earned censure for ultra vires meddling from the United States Ambassador to the Newvatican, Brian Burch. Prevost has been kvetching against the just enforcement of national borders, a position that has also earned him criticism from Italy and Germany, among other nations. Burch pointed to the catastrophe of wide open borders under the J.R. Biden administration, even though Biden, an abortion supporter, defined himself as a "devout Catholic." Biden let millions of illegal alien criminals into the United States, a goodly number of them felons and terrorists, during his presidency (2021-2025).
Biden's successor as president, D.J. Trump, appointed Burch, knowing that he was a conservative Newchurcher. Burch's criticisms of Prevost were especially stinging because the Newpope was born in the United States, although he spent much of his time in Peru and became a Peruvian citizen in 2014. There are no kneelers, chairs, or altar rail there. Do these liturgical innovations represent the introduction of heretical Vatican II "inculturation" in the East?

It does not surprise us. Fellay's Neo-SSPX has compiled a record of introducing practices coming from the Vatican II Anti-council (1962-1965) and its Marxist/Modernist aftermath, especially in the East where Western eyes don't see them. Even in the latest contretemps with the Synodal Newchurch of the New Age, the Fellayite Neo-SSPX still retains its connection with the counterfeit Newchurch and its spurious "authority" structure.
One of the multitudinous heretical teachings of the Vatican II Anti-council was that of "inculturation." In In Sacrosanctum Concilium (Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy), sections 38 and 40 provided:
Provision shall be made, when revising the liturgical books, for legitimate variations and adaptations to different groups, regions, and peoples.... In some places and circumstances, however, an even more radical [profundior] adaptation of the liturgy is needed.
This is just one of the passages in the Anti-council's documents that the late conservative writer Michael Davies in 2003 called liturgical "time bombs," which were used to destroy the Catholic Faith in the "institutional" Church, i.e., the Newchurch of the New Order. This "inculturation," closely associated with the Heresy of Oecumenism (we all worship the same gods; all religions are true) has led to outright idolatry, blasphemy, and sacrilege, such as the outright worship in Latin America of the nude pagan fertility goddess Pachamama, whose idol the apostate Pseudo-Newpope Bergoglio-Francis placed in front of the high altar of St. Peter's Archbasilica in Newrome and demanded that his Newcardinals bow before it in adoration, with their backs turned to the high altar.
Traditional Catholics, if the Fellayite Neo-SSPX were truly Catholic, it would immediately cut all its ties with the Newchurch of the New Order, renamed by Bergoglio-Francis in 2024 the "Synodal Newchurch of the New Age." Until the Neo-SSPX does so, it is not to be taken seriously as a traditional Catholic corporation, and its hypocrisy to the Catholic Faith will become even more magnified before the eyes of the world. It makes no difference whether the Neo-SSPX consecrates more bishops or not. Its problems are much more serious than that with its record since 1994 of bending the knee not to Jesus Christ, but to the apostate Newchurch of the New Order.
On February 15, 2025, Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo showed his anti-traditional colors again, using transgendered girls to serve him at the pagan altar of the New Order in Ostia outside Newrome. It was another anti-traditional Pseudo-Newpope, JPII-Wojtyla, who introduced this sacrilege into his Newchurch of the New Order. The "altar girls" were joined by "Eucharistic ministresses."
This is just another example of Prevost's far out "liturgies." Oh, yes, he'll sing the occasional Pater Noster in Latin, but that's just to fool the clueless Neocon Newchurchers -- and they buy it hook, line, and sinker. Newchurch does not have true altars, any more than Beelzebub's pagan altars are true altars. Traditional Catholics, is Prevost-Leo softening up his cultists to get ready for priestesses of the Novus Ordo, just as the Protestant Anglican-Episcopalians have implemented? They have gone so far as to "install" a woman as heretic Archbishopess of Canterbury, leading a split in the Anglican Church to the extent that 80 per cent have rejected the pretendress and her sect. The Church of England is collapsing and most likely will be disestablished after Charles III passes the crown to his son, who appears to be an atheist, or at least an agnostic.
Some Newchurchers thought, naively, that they could escape the corruption of the West by fleeing to the Eastern rites -- and just as invalid. Little did they know that the Eastern rites in Newchurch are just as corrupt as the Western rites. Now news comes that sex crimes and embezzlement have been spreading into the Newchurch's Eastern rites. Newchurch Chaldean Newbishop Emanuel Shaleta, of San Diego, California, has now been caught red-handed in double dipping. Not only has he been involved in sex crimes, but he has been embezzling Newchurch monies as well. Yet Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo is taking his sweet time accepting Shaleta's abdication and punishing his crimes. Even the Chaldean Patriarch wants to see Shaleta remain.
It seems that Newbishop Shaleta took his management firm's 40,000 USD rent check and cashed it into his personal possession, in the process embezzling the amount, which was supposed to go for assistance to the poor. Another 30,000 USD in Mass stipends was also embezzled. But much more appears to be involved, with estimates reaching as high as 1,000,000 USD of Eastern-rite funds embezzled. As of February 25, 2026, San Diego police have opened an active investigation into Shaleta's embezzlements.
So, what did Newbishop Shaleta do with the money? It seems that he took it across the border to a Tijuana, Mexico, brothel involved in human trafficking, known as "The Hong Kong Gentlemen's Club." Shaleta was apparently also shacking up with a woman, with whom he shared a personal bank account. On February 15, 2026, Newbishop Jose Antonio Satue Huerto, appointed by Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo as Newbishop of Malaga, Spain, just five months before, has endorsed counterfeit "blessings" of "gay couples" as "a step forward" for Newchurch.

On February 18, 2026, Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo chose to focus on converting to Islam and basically blew off Ash Wednesday. The document issued on that date praised infidel Islam and Ramadan for Lent, placing Ramadan on the same level as Lent. "Christians observe this period of fasting and devotion alongside you [Islamists] during the holy season of Lent."
Then Prevost gave his Ash Wednesday sermon -- or was it an Islamic Ramadan sermon? He emphasized "economic, cultural, political" sin, which he redefined as "fighting the system ... as you ae a victim of the system." It apparently never occurred to Prevost that HE is the system, the corrupt Synodal Church of the New Age!
The focus of Prevost's Ash Wednesday is not one's personal sins against God, but politics. Then comes a spate of quotations from the Vatican II Anti-council, which in 1964 replaced the Catholic Church as the "institutional" Church with the Newchurch of the New Age, which is most certainly NOT the Catholic Church. Pseudo-Newpope Prevost-Leo has appointed a paedophile cover-up artist as Newarchbishop of Denver, Colorado. James Golka colluded with Prevost in covering up the so-called "Chiclayo Case" OF three children sexually assaulted by paedophile presbyter from Prevost's former stamping grounds in Peru. This appointment continues Prevost's corrupt practice of promoting those loyal to him who collude to cover up paedophile crimes by Newchurch clergy.
One case in point was that of three sexually-assaulted children from Chiclayo, who were being represented by canon lawyer Ricardo Coronado-Arrascue. Within a month of Coronado-Arrascue's engagement by the child victims, Golka saw that Coronado was gotten out of the way on obviously trumped-up charges, which were found by even Newchurch's own delegate to be "a joke ... very poorly done, many errors, a lot of superficiality."
